Jinggu (BL 64)

Point Yuan point of the Bladder.

Location of Jinggu

JingGu is located on the lateral side of the foot, in front and below the tuberosity of 5^thmetatarsal.

Therapeutic functions and clinical indications

• Hunting the wind (in particular the opposite of the meridian: head, eyes);
• Relaxes the tendons, gives off the pain (on the journey and nourishes the tendons);
• Used for pain with nips that look like tendons, the muscles are hard like tendons;
• Calm the Shen (due to its link with the eyes and the brain, little used in this case).
