Biguan (ST 31)

Biguan location

Biguan is located at the intersection of the horizontal line of the pubis and a vertical line which starts from the anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS).
It is located in the body of a hip muscle, the sartorius muscle.

Therapeutic functions and Clinical indications

• Point for joint, tendino-muscular pathologies: hip problems, contractures of this muscle, paralysis of the lower limb.
