The effects are progressive and occur over time, in a logic of maintenance and prevention. At the beginning, regularity is important and 1 weekly session out of the first 7 sessions constitutes a good rhythm. If you can do 2 sessions per week that is ideal.
Once the desired effects are obtained, maintenance sessions will take place, once every 2 or 3 months.
Note that several factors slow down the effects of the sessions. Tobacco slows down the improvement of the complexion. Alcohol leads to muscle relaxation. Taking certain medications: after stopping chemotherapy, a session will be possible in remission (wait 6 months after stopping treatment).
If you have recently had a botox or filler injection, you will have to wait 10 days before you can have a cosmetic acupuncture session. If a peel has been done, you will have to wait 3 weeks.
