• Shangwan is a point that harmonize the Qi of the stomach and remove blockages.

The 3 points Xiawan, Zhongwan and Shangwan do the same.
We will favor Zhongwan along with Shangwan for upper stomach pain, otherwise Xiawan if far from digestion time (food has already come down).
