Quchi (LI 11)

Location

Quchi is located at the elbow, between the external flexion fold and the epicondyle.

Important point because it will release the surface, chase the wind, cold and purge the heat.

• Local heat on the meridian, gingivitis, abscesses of the lower jaw;
• Constipation, diarrhea, hemorrhoids;
• It is also used when you have heat in the blood, eczema, hives.
