Location of Jianshi

Jianshi is located on the anterior side of the forearm, on a line that links QuZe at Daling, 3 cun proximally to Daling, between the tendons of the long palmar and the radial flexor of the carp.

Jianshi therapeutic functions

• JianShi transforms intangible mucosities. it Will be combined with Shaohai and FengLong ;
• Il harmonise l'Estomac : il va traiter le Qi Ni de l'Estomac avec Neiguan ;
• Il active le Qi et le Sang sur le méridien. En combinaison avec Taichong in case of stagnation;
• Il calme le Shen ;
• Il peut être utilisé quand il y a douleur du Cœur avec palpitations, oppression thoracique et Mei He Qi (syndrome du noyau de prune).
