Shaofu (HT 8)

Xing (ruisseau) du Cœur. C’est un point Feu.

Location

Shaofu is located in the palm, between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, just behind the metacarpal heads.
When you fold your fingers, the little finger naturally lands on Shaofu.

Therapeutic functions and Clinical indications

• Il purge le Feu du Cœur : palpitations, agitation avec insomnie, hypertension, cystite, folie, démence, certains types de dermatoses (les mains qui transpirent et desquament), les aphtes dans la bouche ;
• Excellent local point for hand conditions such as tendon ruptures or Dupuytren's contracture.
