Jingming (1V)

Jing = Eye, Ming = Bright, shine of the eye

Crossing point with the Yinqiaomai and the Yangqiaomai, governs the opening and closing function of the eye.

Location of Jingming

Jingming is located in the inner canthus of the eye.

• Local point for all eye pathologies : inflammations, infections, redness, vision problems, visual disturbances, tear secretion, paralysis;
• Point for lumbago among acupuncturists, link between the top and the bottom.
