Baihuanshu is located 1.5 cun from the posterior midline, and at the height of the 4^th sacred hole S4.

We are next to the large sciatic notch, from which the sciatic nerve.

• Particularly interesting because outside the sacrum, particularly for sciatica ;
• Baihuanshu is used as a local point for lumbosacral problems ;
• Bladder and gynecological problems (urinary and genital).
